This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Custom Wedding Timeline generator at customweddingtimeline.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. Who We Are

Custom Wedding Timeline is a tool operated by Jordan Brian Studios, a photography and videography business located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. We built this tool to help couples plan a stress-free wedding day.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you voluntarily provide to us, and information collected automatically when you visit the Site.

Information You Provide

To generate your custom wedding timeline, you submit a form that asks for:

• First names of both partners
• Wedding date and ceremony time
• Venue details (whether your ceremony and reception are at the same location or separate locations, venue name, town and state)
• Whether you are planning a first look
• Your email address (so we can send you the finished timeline)
• If you purchase a paid tier (PDF download or Strategy Session), billing details collected by Stripe (name, email, payment card information). We never see or store your full card number.

This form is hosted and processed by Tally.so (“Tally”), a third-party form platform. When you submit the form, your responses are transmitted to Tally’s servers before being passed to our automation pipeline (described in Section 5). Please refer to Tally’s Privacy Policy for information about how they handle form data.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies, including:

• Your IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring URLs
• Interactions with Site elements (clicks, scrolls)

This information is collected through the services described in Section 5 below (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) and through standard WordPress site functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver your timeline. Your name(s), wedding date, ceremony time, venue details, and first-look preference are used to generate a personalized wedding day timeline, which is sent to the email address you provide.
• To process payments. If you purchase a paid tier, your billing information is processed by Stripe to complete the transaction and (where applicable) issue a refund.
• To communicate with you. The email address you provide may be used to send you your completed timeline and related follow-up messages, including planning tips, helpful resources, and information about optional paid products or upgrades offered by Jordan Brian Studios. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 7).
• To improve the Site. Anonymized and aggregated analytics data helps us understand how people use the Site so we can make it better.
• To run advertising campaigns. We use data from tracking technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and, where permitted, to deliver relevant advertising to people who have visited our Site or submitted similar interest signals.
• To comply with legal obligations. We may use or disclose information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we process your information based on the following grounds:

• Contract performance: Processing your form submission to generate and deliver your timeline, and processing payment for any paid tier you purchase.
• Legitimate interests: Analytics, site improvement, and measuring the effectiveness of our advertising efforts, balanced against your privacy interests.

5. Third-Party Services and Processors

We work with the following third-party services on this Site. Each has its own privacy practices and data policies, which we encourage you to review.

Tally.so (Form Platform)

The wedding timeline intake form is embedded via Tally.so. When you complete and submit the form, your responses are sent to Tally’s servers and then to our automation pipeline. See tally.so/help/privacy-policy.

Make.com (Workflow Automation)

When Tally receives your submission, the data is forwarded to a Make.com scenario that routes the response to the services listed below. Make.com processes your form data in transit and retains execution logs for troubleshooting purposes. See make.com/en/privacy-notice.

Airtable (Submission Database)

Your form submission is stored in an Airtable base that we use to track timelines we have built and to follow up if needed. Access is limited to Jordan Brian Studios staff. See airtable.com/privacy.

Documint (PDF Generation)

Your timeline data is sent to Documint, which renders the personalized PDF timeline you receive. Documint processes the data needed to generate the PDF and returns a download link. See documint.me/privacy.

Flodesk (Email Delivery and Marketing)

Your finished timeline and any follow-up emails are delivered through Flodesk. Flodesk processes your email address and any personalization fields (such as first name and wedding date) for the purpose of sending these emails. See flodesk.com/privacy.

Stripe (Payments)

If you purchase a paid tier (PDF download or Strategy Session), payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment card details directly. We do not see or store full card numbers. See stripe.com/privacy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymized usage data, which is transmitted to Google’s servers. This data includes pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic region. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. For more information, visit policies.google.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram Ads)

We use the Meta Pixel (also called the Facebook Pixel) on this Site. This is a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect information about your visits to our Site and your actions on it, and associate that data with your Facebook or Instagram profile if you are logged in. This may also be used to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms and to build “lookalike audiences.” You can learn more and manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/privacy/policy. WordPress and Hosting

This Site is built on WordPress and hosted by SiteGround. WordPress may set standard cookies related to site functionality and security. SiteGround processes server logs (including IP address and request data) for security and performance purposes. No sensitive personal information is stored in WordPress cookies used on this Site.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types of cookies on this Site:

• Essential / functional cookies: Required for the Site to function properly. These cannot be disabled without affecting site performance.

You may also receive follow-up emails from Jordan Brian Studios related to wedding planning resources, helpful tips, or information about optional products and upgrade offers.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

• Clicking the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of every marketing email we send, or

Opting out of marketing emails will not prevent us from sending you transactional messages directly related to your timeline submission or paid purchase (for example, a re-send of your timeline or a Stripe receipt).

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing you with your timeline, communicating with you as described above, providing post-purchase support for paid tiers, and complying with legal and tax obligations.

If you opt out of marketing emails, your email address will be removed from active marketing lists. You may also request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected] (see Section 9 for more on your rights). Note that we may retain certain transaction records (such as Stripe receipts) as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Anonymized and aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you individually) may be retained indefinitely for internal reporting and site improvement purposes.

• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
