Terms of Service

Custom Wedding Timeline, customweddingtimeline.com
Operated by Jordan Brian Studios, Mount Laurel, NJ
Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of customweddingtimeline.com (the “Site”) and the wedding timeline products and services offered through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Jordan Brian Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. The Service

The Service offers three tiers of wedding day timeline:

Free Tier (Base Timeline)

A baseline wedding day timeline generated from the form data you submit. Delivered as a PDF by email. No payment required, no credit card collected.

Premium PDF ($29 one-time)

A venue-specific PDF that adds sunset time for your wedding date, red-flag alerts (such as tight turn times or travel windows), and pro tips tailored to the venue type you provide. Delivered by email after payment.

Strategy Session ($199 one-time)

A 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call with Jordan Brian, in which he reviews your draft timeline and helps you rebuild it for the day. Includes the Premium PDF. The session is scheduled at a time agreed by both parties.

Pricing is in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Changes apply only to future purchases, not to ones already completed.

3. Account, Email Address, and Communications

You do not need an account to use the Service. The email address you submit is used to deliver your timeline, transactional messages (such as Stripe receipts or schedule confirmations), and, unless you opt out, occasional follow-up emails about wedding planning resources or upgrade offers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Payment Terms

Paid tiers are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We do not see or store your full card number. See stripe.com/privacy.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend or cancel delivery of the corresponding product or service until the matter is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy mirrors what is shown on the public pricing page:

Free Tier

No charge, no refund.

Premium PDF ($29)

14-day refund if the PDF does not save you at least two hours of planning. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase with your order email and a brief note about why the PDF did not help. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Strategy Session ($199)

Full refund if the call does not rebuild your day. If, at the end of the 60-minute call, you do not feel you have a workable plan, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the call and we will refund the session in full. To qualify, you must attend the full scheduled session and answer the planning questions Jordan asks during the call.

Refunds are issued in good faith. Repeated refund requests, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to abuse the policy may result in a refusal of future service.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling (Strategy Session)

Strategy Sessions are booked via the scheduling link provided after purchase. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, counts as the session being delivered. We will offer one good-faith reschedule for genuine emergencies at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

What You Own

The completed PDF timeline we deliver to you is yours to use for your wedding, share with your vendors and wedding party, and keep for personal reference.

What We Own

The Site, the timeline template, the underlying generator logic, brand copy, photographs, and design are owned by Jordan Brian Studios and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the template, the Site code, or our marketing copy.

License to Your Data

When you submit information to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that information for the purpose of providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything other than planning your own wedding or one you are directly involved in
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site or the timeline template
  • Resell or redistribute any paid product
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes any third-party rights
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to make the timeline useful and accurate, we make no warranties or representations that:

  • The timeline will fit every venue, vendor, or family situation
  • Sunset times, travel estimates, or other data points are accurate to the minute
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

The timeline is a planning aid, not a guarantee of how your wedding day will run. You remain responsible for confirming details with your venue, vendors, and wedding party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jordan Brian Studios, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or wedding day disruptions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or $50 USD if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jordan Brian Studios from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Tally, Make.com, Airtable, Documint, Flodesk, and Stripe. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are not under our control. If a third-party platform goes down or changes its policies, the Service may be temporarily affected. We are not liable for those interruptions, but we will work to restore the Service as quickly as we can.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that creates legal, reputational, or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Jordan Brian Studios agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking equitable relief (such as an injunction) in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reasonably communicated, including by notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Jordan Brian Studios regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
